ZITN High-Temperature Large-Capacity NAND Flash Memory Series (LDMF1GA/LDMF4GA/LDMF4GA-H) are high-temperature, high-reliability NAND Flash memories. The core features include fast read/write speeds across extreme temperatures, high reliability, and excellent performance, making them suitable for harsh operating conditions such as oil and gas well logging.

  • LDMF1GA supports long-term operation within a wide temperature range of -45℃ to 175℃, balancing adaptability to extreme high and low temperatures.
  • LDMF4GA offers a long-term operating temperature range of -45℃ to 155℃, providing a stable high-temperature storage solution.
  • LDMF4GA-H, utilizing thick-film hybrid integrated circuit technology, additionally features structural advantages such as compact size and lightweight design. It is specifically engineered for high-temperature well-logging instruments, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 175℃.
