Description

ZITN ZT3881 is an RS-485 High-Temperature Transceiver powered by a 3.3V~5.5V power supply. It features ESD protection of over 15KV (HBM) on the bus port, a bus voltage withstand range of ±15V, half-duplex operation, and low power consumption, with functions fully complying with the requirements of the TIA/EIA-485 standard.

 

The ZITN ZT3881 RS-485 High-Temperature Transceiver includes one driver and one receiver, both of which can be enabled and disabled independently. When both are disabled, both the driver and the receiver output a high-impedance state, enabling error-free data transmission at speeds of up to 3Mbps.

 

Additionally, the ZT3881 High-Temperature Transceiver is equipped with fail-safe, current-limiting protection, and overvoltage protection functions, with a rated operating temperature range of -40~+210°C.
