ZITN ZT6206 High-Temperature ARM Processor is specifically designed for operation in high-temperature environments. It features a Cortex M4 core with a floating-point unit, a maximum operating frequency of up to 80 MHz, and 3 built-in 12-bit ADCs that can be oversampled to 16 bits.

 

ZITN ZT6206 High-Temperature ARM Processor comes with a rich set of communication interfaces and has an operating temperature range of -40℃ ~ +175℃.
