ZITN LHM128MB and LHM256MB High-Temperature Memories are highly reliable NOR Flash memories operated via an SPI serial communication interface. They feature fast read/write capabilities across extreme temperatures, high reliability, and excellent performance. These memories can operate for extended periods in harsh environments ranging from -45°C to +210°C.

ZITN High-Temperature Series NOR Flash Memory: MCM Process

 

 

The core of ZITN High-Temperature Series NOR Flash Memory adopts the MCM (Multi-Chip Module) thick-film hybrid integrated circuit process. It fundamentally addresses the three core pain points faced by electronic devices in oil well logging while-drilling instruments-high-temperature failure of electronic components, electrical connection failure, and insufficient circuit shock resistance-from the perspectives of principle and structure.

  1. Gold wire bonding reduces solder joints, ensuring stable connections that are not easy to fall off;
  2. The integrated design of the framework and circuit enables the matching of thermal expansion coefficients, preventing warping and deformation;
  3. The sintered sealed connector features flexible connection, eliminating the risk of failure;
  4. High thermal conductivity facilitates rapid heat dissipation of power devices;
  5. The sealed package is resistant to salt spray corrosion, making it suitable for offshore operation environments;
  6. Modular assembly shortens on-site maintenance time. Additionally, it offers excellent confidentiality and is difficult to copy or crack.
