Description

ZITN ZTR25 is a precision 2.5V High-temperature Band-gap Reference Voltage Source Chip with a rated operating temperature of up to 210°C. It adopts a micro-power core structure and performs laser trimming on high-stability thin-film resistors, achieving a temperature coefficient of 80 ppm/℃ (-40~+210°C) and an initial accuracy of 2500±3 mV.
