ZITN SiA200 MEMS accelerometer is a capacitive MEMS accelerometer specifically designed for inertial applications. It demonstrates significant advantages in long-term stability, scale factor repeatability, low in-run bias, vibration rectification error, and low noise. The device integrates signal conditioning, an analog ±2.7V output, a built-in self-test circuit, and a temperature sensor to facilitate user compensation.
