ZITN DS580 125℃Miniature Vibration-Resistant Directional Sensor is a high-precision measurement unit that integrates a 3-axis fluxgate sensor and a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer. Featuring an advanced built-in temperature compensation algorithm, it achieves an inclination accuracy of ±0.1° and an azimuth accuracy of ±0.5° within an operating temperature range of 0–125°C. Thanks to its compact structure and excellent anti-vibration performance, the sensor can stably output multi-dimensional data-including toolface angle, geomagnetic parameters, and temperature-even under harsh downhole conditions.
In addition, the DS580 125℃Miniature Vibration-Resistant Directional Sensor can measure parameters such as MWD battery voltage, total acceleration, total magnetic field strength, magnetic toolface angle, geomagnetic dip angle, and temperature.
By combining high-precision magnetic and inertial measurement technologies, the DS580 125℃Miniature Orientation Sensor provides an innovative solution for downhole measurement that balances miniaturization with reliability, effectively meeting the dual requirements of modern drilling engineering for sensor size and performance.
