Description

The ZITN 175°C MS581 High-Temperature Sector Positioning Sensor is a high-precision core sensor device designed for demanding Logging-While-Drilling (LWD) environments. It seamlessly integrates advanced fluxgate and high-temperature MEMS technologies, capable of withstanding downhole temperatures up to 175°C. Featuring a unique dual static and dynamic measurement capability, it delivers precise and reliable borehole positioning and attitude data support for LWD,LWD Electrical Imaging Tool and so on.

Extreme High-Temp Endurance

Engineered with specialized high-temperature design to ensure stable performance at 175°C, meeting the demands of ultra-deep wells.

Dual Static/Dynamic Mode

Performs precise static measurements of inclination and azimuth, while dynamically solving for gravity tool face and acquiring magnetic data at up to 150 RPM to enable accurate sector identification.

High-Speed Data Output

Streams all core parameters at 100 Hz via an RS-485 interface, guaranteeing real-time data continuity.

Dual Output Modes

Supports both full-cycle pulse and sector pulse output modes for flexible system integration.

High Flexibility

Adapts to various sector configurations (from 4 to 250) to meet different resolution requirements for tools and formations.

Robust Performance
