ZITN Radiation-Hardened DC-DC Converters series features an input voltage range of 20 V to 50 V, with nominal input voltages compatible with 28 V and 42 V. The output voltages mainly include 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, ±5 V, ±12 V, and ±15 V. The output power covers four major series: 15 W, 30 W, 60 W, and 120 W. All internal components are 100% domestically sourced.
ZITN Radiation Immune DC-DC Converters are fully compatible with counterparts from international leading brands , allowing for direct pin-to-pin plug-and-play replacement. They are manufactured using thick-film hybrid integrated circuit technology and housed in fully metallic, hermetically sealed packages.
ZITN Radiation-Hardened DC-DC Converters offer features such as enable control, synchronized input and output, front-stage undervoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, and adjustable output voltage. The operating temperature range (Tc) is -55 ℃ to 125 ℃. With resistance to total ionizing dose (TID) and single-event effects (SEE), the products are suitable for high-performance military electronic systems requiring radiation hardness, including spacecraft and satellites.
