The surface system includes:
Surface Decoding Box: Decodes the encoded measurement data from downhole tools into recognizable parameters.
Programming and Testing Box: Programs the probe tube, downloads data, simulates the downhole state, and tests whether the entire tool operates normally.
Battery Testing/Activation Box: Tests battery functions and activates the battery.
Driller's Display: Displays the required drilling parameters on the drill floor.
Standpipe Pressure Sensor: Installed on the standpipe manifold of the drilling platform, it converts mud pressure signals into electrical signals.
Hook Load Sensor and Drawworks Sensor: The drawworks sensor records the angular displacement of the drawworks, which is combined with the weight measurement of the hook load sensor to measure the well depth.
