Description

ZITN ZTLWD-G175 High-Temperature Logging While Drilling (LWD) System is an advanced formation evaluation solution engineered for the most challenging environments, including ultra-deep and high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) wells. By integrating an Electromagnetic Wave Resistivity tool and an Azimuthal Gamma Ray tool, it delivers real-time, accurate formation data while operating reliably at temperatures up to 175°C.

ZITN ZTLWD-G175 High-Temperature Logging While Drilling (LWD) System is a critical asset for maximizing success in complex reservoir exploration.

Product Application

 Real-Time Formation Evaluation

Provides immediate resistivity and gamma ray data to identify lithology and hydrocarbon-bearing zones while drilling.

Accurate Geosteering

Utilizes sector-based gamma ray measurements to precisely detect formation boundaries and guide the drill bit within the optimal reservoir section.

HPHT & Ultra-Deep Well Operations

Its proven 175°C temperature rating ensures consistent performance and data reliability in the most demanding downhole conditions.

Drilling Risk Mitigation

Enables informed decision-making to optimize drilling parameters and wellbore placement, enhancing efficiency and safety.

Product Features

  • Extreme High-Temperature Endurance: Certified for reliable operation at 175°C, with rigorously validated performance under HPHT conditions.
  • High-Precision Resistivity Measurement: Utilizes a quad-transmitter, dual-receiver array and dual-frequency (400kHz/2MHz) excitation, supported by multi-stage dynamic compensation to eliminate borehole, invasion, and thermal drift effects.
  • Accurate Azimuthal Gamma Detection: Features a unique tungsten alloy window that shields against stray radiation, ensuring precise directional measurement of formation gamma rays.
  • Fully Integrated Design: Combines resistivity and gamma ray sensors in a compact tool, simplifying BHA configuration while delivering comprehensive formation evaluation.
  • High-Degree Integration: Simplified design with minimal PCB count and a robust structural skeleton for enhanced mechanical reliability.
  • Modular Maintainability: Employs micro-rectangular connectors and a modular architecture to significantly reduce maintenance downtime.
  • Dynamic Gain Adjustment: The amplifier circuit automatically adapts gain settings to maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio across varying formation conditions.

About ZITN LWD

ZITN maintains a steadfast commitment to R&D in its ultra-high-temperature product line. Through systematic advancements - from chips and modules to sensors, complete circuits, and fully integrated tool systems - we have steadily overcome numerous extreme-temperature technical challenges.

Characteristic Process: MCM Thick-Film Hybrid Integration Process

The high-temperature MCM (Multichip Module) thick-film hybrid integrated circuit fundamentally addresses three major quality risks encountered by measurement-while-drilling (MWD) instruments during operation from the perspectives of implementation principle and physical structure: high-temperature failure of electronic components, electrical connection failure, and insufficient shock resistance of circuits.
