ZITN Permanent Downhole Fiber-Optic Pressure-Temperature (PT) Monitoring System is mainly composed of three core parts-optical fiber sensors, signal transmission optical cables, and temperature-pressure demodulators-as well as installation accessories.
ZITN Permanent Downhole Fiber-Optic Pressure-Temperature (PT) Monitoring System can simultaneously conduct real-time online monitoring of temperature and pressure at measuring points of different depths in one or multiple oil wells, and can permanently store the measured data.
System Features and Advantages
- High temperature resistance: The maximum operating temperature reaches 400℃, with pressure drift ≤3psi per year and temperature drift ≤0.1℃ per year.
- Long service life: The service life of the optical fiber sensor can reach 10–15 years.
- High reliability: The downhole structure is simple, with no electronic components, ensuring high system reliability.
- Good scalability: A single demodulator can be expanded to collect temperature and pressure data from up to 32 sensors.
- Long transmission distance: The optical signal has minimal attenuation in the optical cable, and the effective sensing distance of the optical fiber sensor exceeds 20km, making it suitable for temperature and pressure data collection in ultra-deep wells.
- Excellent vibration resistance: It can withstand an impact of 500g, featuring outstanding anti-vibration performance.
- No electromagnetic interference: There are no electronic components in the downhole part of the system, so the sensor is free from electromagnetic interference.
- High safety: The downhole components are completely passive, eliminating the potential safety hazard of electrical sparks.
