Project Background
In December 2024, during the drilling operation carried out in the Daqing Block.
During drilling operations, customers often encounter issues such as insufficient stability, high failure rates, vulnerable data transmission, and unreliable measurement accuracy of Measurement-While-Drilling (MWD) tools. These problems lead to low drilling efficiency, increased non-operational time, and elevated overall operation costs.
Our Solution
ZITN Company provides the independently developed 175°C Wireless Measurement-While-Drilling (MWD) System. Featuring a highly reliable pulser and probe design, this system enables stable and high-speed downhole signal transmission, achieving low bit error rates and high-precision measurements. It meets the requirements of drilling monitoring under long-duration and complex working conditions.
Final Results
The system successfully completed over 1,000 meters of MWD operations in the Daqing Block, maintaining fault-free operation throughout the process. Post-operation testing verified that all components functioned normally and could be reassembled for repeated use. With strong downhole pulse signals, fast transmission speed, and low bit error rate, the system delivered accurate and reliable data, significantly improving drilling efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Customer Feedback
The customer highly recognized the stability, measurement accuracy, and low failure rate of the 175°C Wireless MWD System. They confirmed that the system effectively enhanced drilling quality and efficiency, and expressed consistent satisfaction with the operation results.
