On March 26, the 26th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (cippe 2026) grandly opened in Beijing. ZITN Microelectronics debuted a variety of independently developed innovative products at the exhibition. At this exhibition, Zhiteng Microelectronics set up a booth in the core exhibition area of Hall E, focusing on displaying core technological achievements in the field of ultra-high-temperature drilling measurement, as well as specialized solutions for high-temperature and high-pressure extreme conditions in deep-earth and deep-sea oil and gas development. On the first day of the exhibition, the booth attracted numerous overseas customers to stop by for visits and negotiations. Professional visitors from the Middle East, Central Asia, South Asia, Russia and other countries and regions showed strong interest in high-temperature instruments and MWD products, with a lively atmosphere for on-site exchanges.

 

200℃ MWD Series Products: Full MCM Modular Design Breaks Through Technical Bottlenecks of High-Temperature Measurement While Drilling


 

As ZITN's core technology exhibition area, the 200℃ MWD (Measurement While Drilling) zone featured three products: rotary valve pulser, directional probe and gamma probe, all developed exclusively for high-temperature and high-pressure extreme conditions such as ultra-deep wells and geothermal wells.

 

According to on-site technicians, the core circuit system of this series adopts a full MCM (Multi-Chip Module) modular design, achieving a "PCB-free" structure and overcoming the insufficient stability of traditional PCB in high-temperature and high-vibration environments. Leveraging multi-chip integrated packaging technology, the products effectively shorten signal transmission paths, significantly improving high-temperature resistance up to 200℃, vibration and shock resistance, and overall operational reliability. They can perform longer-duration and higher-precision directional measurement while drilling in extreme deep formation environments. This technological breakthrough effectively solves key technical challenges in high-temperature logging while drilling. Many on-site oilfield customers and purchasers recognized the product performance and expressed intentions for cooperation.

 

Rotary Measurement and Directional Sensor: Dynamic Demonstration Intuitively Presents Actual Measurement Performance


 

A 1.3-meter-high professional display turntable was installed at the center of ZITN's booth, paired with a real-time data large screen to dynamically demonstrate the performance of the rotary measurement and directional sensor. During the demonstration, the sensor rotated at high speed while synchronously measuring core data such as downhole attitude and azimuth angles. The large screen refreshed measurement results in real time, intuitively reproducing the actual operating state of downhole drill bits in complex formations.

 

The dynamic demonstration clearly showcased the sensor's measurement accuracy and response speed under high-speed operation, reflecting ZITN's technological accumulation in dynamic measurement algorithm optimization and hardware integration, which won high recognition from on-site technical experts and industry audiences.

 

Distributed Optical Fiber Logging System: Integrated Software and Hardware for Full-Life Cycle Engineering Services


 

In response to the digital and intelligent development trend of the oil and gas industry, ZITN also exhibited its distributed optical fiber logging system, a layout years in the making. The system covers hardware devices including portable DTS (Distributed Temperature Sensing), long-term DTS and high-precision DAS (Distributed Acoustic Sensing), combined with an independently developed optical fiber logging data interpretation platform, forming an integrated software and hardware solution.

 

Covering the entire process from product development, on-site construction to post-data interpretation, the system adapts to various complex well types such as vertical wells, horizontal wells and extended-reach wells. With high sensitivity and full wellbore monitoring coverage, it accurately captures core reservoir information. To date, this technology has been applied to more than 150 actual well engineering projects, accumulating rich on-site operation experience, fully verifying its technological maturity and engineering service capabilities, and gaining wide recognition from oilfield users.
