High temperature linear regulated power supplies are widely used and indispensable key components in logging tools, featuring simple operation and low noise. The circuits of these linear power supplies consist of a temperature-compensated reference source, error amplifier, pass transistor, power amplifier stage, current-limiting protection network, etc. All chips used in the circuits undergo strict screening as required. Manufactured with thick-film technology, the circuits bond gold conductors and resistors to ceramic substrates at high temperatures, ensuring reliability in high-temperature and high-vibration environments. Compared with similar foreign devices, our products replace integrated operational amplifiers with discrete triodes. Triodes exhibit lower leakage current and higher reliability at high temperatures than integrated op-amps, enabling the circuits to operate at higher temperatures with a longer service life.
ZITN high-temperature regulated power supplies support various output voltages from +1.2V to +30V and -5V to -30V, with noise as low as less than 1mV. Dual-output power supplies are also available, with ceramic, metal and other packaging options. To meet customers' special requirements for space and output power, we have developed power supply subassemblies integrating multi-channel rectification, filtering and voltage regulation. The dimensions and output voltage specifications of the subassemblies can be customized.
